Devicease – Delivery & Returns Policy

At Devicease, our priority is to ensure that every customer receives a seamless shopping experience with reliable delivery and fair return practices. This Delivery & Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply once you place an order with us. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:


Delivery Policy

Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.

  • Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

Delivery Timelines

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote/Outlying Areas: Delivery times may vary depending on courier coverage.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on product weight, size, and destination.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on orders above a specified amount.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.

  • If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to Devicease. A re-shipping fee may be charged for subsequent delivery attempts.

Inspection Before Delivery

  • All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch to ensure safe delivery.

  • Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect parcels upon receipt.


Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their order within one hour of placing it using the cancellation option available in their order confirmation/account.

  • After the one-hour window, the order enters processing and cannot be canceled.

  • Devicease reserves the right to cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if pricing errors occur, or if fraud is suspected. In such cases, customers will be notified and refunded in full.


Returns & Exchanges

Devicease accepts returns under the conditions outlined below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all included accessories, manuals, and inserts.

  • Items that are opened and satisfactory but missing original packaging are not eligible for return.

  • Hygiene-sensitive products such as earphones or headsets may not be returnable unless faulty.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items are generally non-returnable unless defective.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Products

  • Claims for wrong or damaged products will only be accepted if unboxing video evidence is provided.

  • Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of receiving the parcel by emailing support@devicease.com.

  • Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be entertained.

Fake or Misused Returns

  • If a returned item is found to be used, intentionally damaged, or different from the product delivered, the responsibility rests solely with the customer.

  • Devicease reserves the right to reject such returns.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If an exchange is not possible, the customer may request a refund in line with our refund policy.


Refunds

  • Once a returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method or financial institution.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect deliveries.
