1. Orders & Checkout

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay using the available payment methods (Cash on Delivery, Debit/Credit Card, etc.).

Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A: Yes. You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it using the cancellation button in your order confirmation email. After this period, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.

Q: I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
A: Please check your Spam/Junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us at support@devicease.com with your name and phone number.


2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply on orders above a certain amount (see promotions at checkout).

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your parcel in real time.

Q: Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
A: Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International delivery is not available at this time.


3. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can return eligible products within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and meet our Returns Policy.

Q: Can I return a used or opened product?
A: Only unopened, unused products with original packaging are eligible for returns. Opened or satisfactory products without original packaging are not eligible.

Q: What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
A: Please provide video evidence of unboxing and contact us within 24 hours at support@devicease.com. We’ll review your case and provide a replacement/refund if eligible.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval. Bank/credit card processing times may vary.


4. Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Debit/Credit Cards, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.

Q: Is Cash on Delivery available on all orders?
A: Yes, COD is available nationwide. However, for high-value orders, we may require advance payment confirmation.

Q: Is it safe to pay online on Devicease?
A: Absolutely. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways to protect your data.


5. Product Information

Q: Are your products original and authentic?
A: Yes. Every item at Devicease is handpicked from trusted suppliers and passes our strict quality checks.

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Selected items come with a manufacturer or supplier warranty. Warranty details are mentioned on the product page.

Q: What should I do if a product is out of stock?
A: If a product is out of stock, click the “Notify Me” button on the product page, and we’ll email you once it’s available again.

A: No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to save addresses, track orders, and receive special offers.
