Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all included accessories, manuals, and inserts.

Items that are opened and satisfactory but missing original packaging are not eligible for return.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Products

Claims for wrong or damaged products will only be accepted if unboxing video evidence is provided.

Fake or Misused Returns
